With it being in a private studio it is a lot easier to feel comfortable working out unlike a busy gym where you would be self conscious. I love how Gregs sessions are quick and easy to fit into a busy schedule between work and life.

  • When I first started with Bua I wanted to put on some size and also improve my fitness for GAA. I was a bit worried about my fitness before starting but Greg made a programme that was perfect for me and since then I am feeling fitter and can also see visible results in the mirror just looking bigger. We always have the craic when training also which helps getting through tough workouts!

  • Before I started with Bua I was worried that the exercises would be too difficult but with one-on-one guidance it motivated me to go to the gym. Greg was able to explain and demonstrate everything well and was able to correct my form as I went so I didn’t hurt myself. My biggest win was getting up early before work to get a workout in and also gaining muscle which was one of my goals.

  • I was training myself before I started with Bua and I thought I wouldn't see any physical differences but the structured training and motivation from Greg I really did see changes which I was delighted with. I enjoyed the consistency in my training plan as it helped me see myself get stronger every week. I achieved personal bests in some of my exercises which I was delighted about.
